This hotel pleasantly surprised me with its value for money. Despite the slightly higher price compared to other hotels in similar South American cities, the overall experience was worth it. The prices were reasonable for the central location within Manaus, allowing easy access to attractions and amenities downtown. Plus, the hotel's attention to detail in terms of basic amenities and services was commendable.
All in all, everything was satisfactory with this hotel.

Just a walk down to Sorveteria Glacial, where you can have lunch. It is right by the airport.

Best aspects include the cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, and the respectful staff who were always willing to help. The hotel's location was ideal, situated in the heart of this city with easy access to transportation and other amenities.
We did have one issue with the breakfast on one morning when they ran out of scrambled eggs and did not replace them. All was good otherwise.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, and it's easy to walk to parks, theaters, and river tours. Other hotels downtown don't have this location advantage. the Ceter area has a great cost-benefit option for this hotel, with a price comparable to a hostel but with the comfort of a private ensuite double room. the breakfast was excellent, and the view of the city's skyline is breathtaking.
The service at the hotel was subpar, and the staff was not helpful.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. Its location in the center of Manaus makes it convenient to explore the city's attractions such as the Teatro Amazonas and the Amazon river tours harbor. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and even negotiated a discounted taxi fare for me. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The hotel offered air conditioning and breakfast, which were nice amenities to have during the trip. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel room was dirty and outdated, with uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The noise level was also high, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Spent Christmas here and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel amenities. the rooms were equipped with AC and mini fridges, which was very convenient. the breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including fruit, eggs, and cold cuts. the hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main attraction. Another advantage was the available Wi-Fi, which was helpful for staying connected with family back home.
The mattresses were quite hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. the staff seemed disinterested in providing assistance and communication was a bit of a challenge due to language barriers.
